History This Neo-Classical Revival building was designed by Hyman & Appleton, a San Francisco firm noted for bank architecture in America's West. The exterior walls are not actually granite block. The brick building is faced with a lower cost terra cotta, in a "GranaTex" finish which simulates real granite. Both the exterior and interior retain their original details and fixtures.
