Stories This site housed McNally's Blacksmith shop when the sidewalks in front of the buildings were being built. McNally pressed his forge hammer and tongs, icons of the blacksmithing trade, into the wet cement. The imprints of the tools made were recently preserved through the National Registar of California. They are now protected from ever being destroyed.
