The sawdust on the floor and the power tools along the wall are certainly an indication of where we now are at. The wood cutting room is the first physical step of creating a mailbox. After the mailboxes are designed, a computer is used to make stencils of each of the needed wood parts. The stencils are then used as guides as the wood is cut with a power saw to create individual pieces for the mailboxes. After all the wood is cut and sorted, they are taken to the next room.
